Enza Friedman

Enza has been a Real Estate Broker and member of the National
Association of REALTORS since 2018. She has prior experiences
in property management and real estate investments in Iredell
and Cabarrus Counties. If you are from the Cornelius area you
may remember her from her previous business venture or from
the Food Network channel Cupcake Wars. Maddy's and Fatty's
Bakery was a staple in the Cornelius community for 7 years and
hosted the Lake Norman Small Business Networking Group
(LKNSBN) for a number of those years. As a former New Yorker,
proud daughter of immigrants and an avid member of her parish;
Enza finds community service, communication and creating
positive experiences are a vital aspect of her business. This in
turn will ensure that her clients will receive great customer
service, consistent communication and the benefit of her strong
attention to details. Enza takes great pride in accomplishing the

Enza has lived in North Carolina since 2006 and is proud to call
Mooresville her home where she and her husband have raised
their three children. Over the years she has truly enjoy meeting
the people in their ever-changing community, watching the
picturesque seasons and immersing herself in the local fare.
